I spoke with Jan DeLiasle in Title Streams' accounting department on June 20th. She informed me that she is not only in receipt of my 42 pages of outstanding invoices but "that it would be at least another 30 days before they can cut a check".  She wouldn't give me a reason why. 

I have also been in contact with Wexford & James.  They are on standby. 
The last message that I received from Mr. McLucas (via email) was that DeedSearcher would be hearing from his attorney regarding the posts I've made on this website.
