I know how you feel. There is a title company I do work for, have done so for years. Slow pay (45-60 days, sometimes more). They only want to pay $50 for a current owner search and I have to drive 90 minutes to get there. Title work is slow and it is not even worth it for us to drive that far for $50. I am afraid, at this point, I am going to lose their business because I am just not going to go there for 1 search.
