Please define "completely different." As I recall, one of the old officers filed incorporation papers for the "new" company. Seems the management is the same, or practically so, and I'm guessing they are doing the same work for the same clients. They are obviously trying to use the same abstractors by offering to pay them "part" of what the "old" company owed them.
Sure looks like the same company, with a new name to me. The only thing different about the "new" company is that they claim no responsibility to pay the "old" debts.
If they do this again, will you agree once again to forgive their debt and your hard earned money?
