 A while back I made a post "Any Port in a Storm", regarding researching Adjustable rate mortgages for Mortgage Brokers. This has worked very wellfor Us. I would like to take this national. But, we will need someone with much more computer sense then I have. If we could establish a website, have the Clients apply for membership and divide up the territory we could all make serious money. Last month alone they accounted for $14,875.00 of our income. This was for the leads alone, not to mention the title work sent to us by the brokers and the closing's. Anybody out there with the ability to establish a site and set it up, let;s do it. There is money there for all of Us and the brokers love it. You are giving the broker or loan originator info to sell a product that is needed to the consumer. I;m all ear's on this and have even copyrighted the idea as it is nothing like I see other companies offered. I call them APIAS ARM LEADS. APIAS  i.e. Any Port in a Storm
