What I want to know is...if the government gets involved and bails subprime homeowners out, how are we as independent abstractors going to make out. Who will they use to do the title searches and will it drive us out of business or will we have to become an employee of Hud or something to get our foot in the door to make some money? Just a thought but I think it is worth finding the answer to.
