LOL... I got the same reply.  Except I told her our current fee no longer applies to them.  Their "new parent company" is past-due and has been cut off.  Any future orders will be pre-pay only, and, at twice our normal fee, as a premium for the high risk of non-payment.  She is removing us from her database... which is fine by me.
