Thank you Robert.  And I don't think that Eric was exaggerating or being libelous with respect to LSD.  He's right - they do have some good and "nice" people who work there, and management does not give a rat's ass about their vendors.  I have had business dealings with them off-and-on for many years now, and they have always been cut-throat and late payers.  I finally shut them off completely and 6+ months later have yet to be paid for outstanding invoices.  Yes, I have sent them to collections, but have only received $50.00 out of the hundreds that are owed.

I'm sorry, but I do not have sympathy for poor Title Companies that cannot afford to pay for the work that they order.  We abstractors "worked together" with these companies to get their orders done correctly and on-time, and where has it gotten us?  Late on mortgage/rent/car payments, electricity/heat shut off, OUT OF BUSINESS???  Please excuse us for being bitter - but we've had just about enough lemons for one lifetime.
