Source of Title Forums: Re: Reinstating Subdivision Restrictions

There never was an HOA. Just subdivision restrictions that were originally written to expire by a certain date. Several (but not 100%) of the lot owners in the sub are just looking to reinstate (and add some new/updated restrictions, but not establish any association.
