There are so many out there that think these are on a supermarket shelf and we just get copies.

I will say sure, the current owner fee + 100.00 to run CCR's ( which ends up to be more than a full)  OR, you need to order a full, 

either way, we get what were worth. We all know a Current owner is just that , they know too!
