BUT this is one of the most convoluted scams I have heard of... I am sitting here wondering what kind of business I could start... not pay my contractors... close that business... open a new one... get all the same contractors to work for me again... tell them if they do not work for me now... I won't pay them what I owe them for working for me in the past... and maybe close that business and do it all over again? I am thinking "Judy why are you wasting time as a bottom feeder when I could be one of the sharks???... Dah!"
