I have taken three different seminars in the last 2 years. I have taken The Learning Title Abstrating course that promises to give you job leads when completed but the three they did give where not hiring trainees, and I have taken the ALTA online course #1.  I am also a member of GAREIA and have taken the course where they take you to the court house and walk you through the process. I have done at least 50 Title searches at the different court houses in the counties I will service on 11 of my properties as well as friends and family members properties just to get familar with the lay out of the court house and I seached back as far back as possible. The number of paid searhes is 0.  Now I am Certifed Residential Real Property Appraiser and have 1,000,000 E & O insurance but was told that I would need insurance for abstracting as the current coverage would not cover abstracting.

Just trying to wrap my brain around this business. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
