I have been in this business since 1972 and I have never seen a better letter written for the purpose of incouragement. You are to be patted on the back.
I have recently retired and moved to Oregon. I had several title companies and examiners in Richmond, Virginia for the last 20 years. I finally got tired of all the things the you put up with having a small business. My age, 62+++, and some of the customers I represented, made me decide that catching trout and steelhead would be more interesting.
