If you have an agreement with them, perhaps you need to
include a clause, that has a "RE-INVOICE FEE" built in.
I'll bet at that point, their AC dept. wouldn't loose your
first invoice.
Just an idea thrown out there to clean up some of the
company's poor business practices.
Say, I free re-invoice per month, then a 20 % fee for
each re-invoice needed. It might just work gang.
