I would also add that Doug (the Benefits/Publications Committee Chairperson) and I highly encourage "letters to the editor" in the newsletter. However, I think we have only ever received one and it was a couple of years ago. Communication is a two way street - if there is something that any of our members, or non-members, want to know more about - they just need to ask. We try to publish a Board Update in each newsletter, written by a different board members each month, to keep people informed. And, the newsletters are available to members and non-members on the NALTEA Web site.
So... if anyone would like to send us a "letter to the editor" you can e-mail us at benefits@naltea.org. We will forward it to the board and be sure to get a reply.
