Since the time they instituted the new payment process and the new company name, which was back in the middle of February 2007, they have paid everything with in the 5 day turn-around time- the last ones I did for them were paid in full within three days. We are soon up for an agreement payment in November also, which would have been  ¼ of the  50% due from the previous company's amount due to you.
There have been many things said about this company in past posts, but they now seem to have everything in order. The company that is subbing out to you is holding out on you now , I believe.
By not accepting their agreement you decided to stick it out with the old company in what ever fashion you wanted-that company no longer exists, but you do have or could have reserved the right to sue them for the money that was due you back then, at least that was what I did, and I have voiced my opinion on that in previous posts also, so I won't do that again. The agreement they offered us was not exactly what I wanted either, but something was better than nothing, and they have honored their commitment to paying for new cases ever since then- always with in 5 days, they are now one of my best paying clients. I don't even have to wait for settlement to occur , like with the settlement companies.
