They don't use scare tactics to sell you beer at a ball game. And, yes, it is most definitely a rip-off. But, it is expected and we don't have to buy it. National Deed Service preys on those who don't know any better. When you go to a ball game, you know better... but may choose to pay for it anyway.
But, fortunately, nobody has to accept my word that National Deed Service is operating a scam - the BBB and recorders offices all over the country are warning people NOT to pay $90 for a certified copy of their deed. Even the local news in some areas is picking up on the story.
If you still don't think there is anything wrong with it... well then, "If you don't purchase a subscription and enhanced listing on Source of Title you will never work in this business again!"
