Please do us a favor, for the sake of this business and stay away from the $25 current owners. Your e&o will be running like a fat man in a 5 mile marathon. I refuse to lower myself since my home and my family are on the line.

Good luck. I think you are getting in this business at the end of the bubble and you are going to have to low ball everyone around to get business, which is going to make it really bad for those that have been in the business longer.
