I really do not like posting a negative message on any company, however after exhausting all other alternatives I have come to the conclustion that this should be out here for other abstractors to see.
We have done quite a lot of work for Resource Confidential Inc. AKA Clear Tract Title out of Syracuse NY. We had an agreement that invoices would be paid on a 30 day agreement, which they stuck to faithfully. Then the work slowed down from them all of a sudden, and our Dec. invoice went unpaid. We now have an unpaid Jan. invoice also. This totals over $3000.00. I have talked to accounts payable who said it was up to the owner Mr. Bernardi, who gets paid and when? So I called Mr. Bernardi, left a voice mail, last week,with no answer, emailed him twice,last week and the week before, also no response. The personnel over there have been very pleasant to deal with and still are, but they also have nothing to do with us getting paid. I made one last attempt to get some kind of response today. If Mr. Bernardo sees this and wants to respond and make his payments, I will definately put another post on here reflecting his cooperation.
