Your point is well taken, but the clients do not have the title plant that I do in order to process a full title- they can look up docs and tax info, but there is the end of their abilities. The lack of work is widespread here in the DC area- a lot of listings and no one wants to buy, overstock inventories of the builders has brought about reductions in prices that has left the home owners with little recourse with their own homes they are wanting to sell. This is not just me, everyone I talk to in the area is "dead" and the Fed is just controlling inflation? I think they are the source of the inflationary pressures and actions by increasing the cost of doing business.
