You better make certain that you are suing the right entity. Otherwise you will lose, and in the case of Connecticut residents they could be subsequently sued for vexatious litigation. If your contract was with the one corporate entity, a suit against another corporate entity is not going to work. This is the risk you undertook when you performed for the appropriate corporate entity without properly protecting yourself.
