Source of Title Forums: Full disclosure

This question is for Kevin;
I see more and more lawyers NOT disclose their fees including realtor's commissions, title fees, examination fees and so on. They rather keep all between themselves and their clients. Is this a clear violation to the RESPA rules when it comes to full disclosure on HUD's?
