I cannot comprehend how anyone can claim to give a COMPLETE title search in 60 seconds. Have they spent enough money to be able to combine ALL the needed records? Taxes, Assessments, Deeds, Mortgages, Easements, Restrictions, State and Federal Tax Liens, all the Court Records and Judgments for ALL Counties in ALL states? I do not believe it is economically feasible.  Is it possible that the product is just a sketchy outline, and does not include all the information I would want if I were buying the property?
