Bravo Lynn,   I absolutely agree with you!  The problem is more & more in the industry do not.  South Carolina being an attorney state, I would think would make it a bit easier to get these mistakes corrected.  But for so many in other states, we run into clerks, clients, attorneys, and abstractors that don't really care about "fixing" anything.  Even some of the seasoned title attorneys that I know, complain that they have to practically threaten to sue, before anyone will listen.  Really sad.
