Amen to that!  I did work for a company known as Southern Group out of Russellville, Al, and I had to get a judgement against them for a bad check.  When this company solicited my business, I researched Alabama LLC corps and found out the owners of Abstract Trust had the same last name (Prince) as the deadbeat company.  I responded that I would NEVER work for a company out of Russellville that had the same last name.  The lady at Abstract Trust faxed me back that she was only related by marriage and tried to assure me that they didn't use the same business practices as Southern Group.   I declined doing any work for them and it looks like that was a good thing.
