[-] Online invoices - Alan Voorheis/WA (2 replies)

I have an abstractor friend that has some clients that require their invoices to be entered online. Since she has many invoices, this takes quite a while and is prone to errors because on the manual entry. I have set up a program for her to do this automatically, which saves her many hours each month. She recently called and said more clients are requiring this and wanted me to add them to the program.

The program is somewhat complicated, but, I recently found a free macro program that I've been using for some other online applications. I'm sure I can make it work for these online invoicing sites.

So, I was wondering how many of you have to enter invoices online and if anyone is interested in automating it (I can post how to do it or send emails, it will be pretty easy...so, I wouldn't charge anything).

If you're interested in the macro program, it's called autohotkey (it's free) and you can check it out at www.autohotkey.com.

Cheers, Alan
