I just read on this site that First American has introduced an instant title product, and it has made me ask the above question. I am still relatively young and have been in this business for about 5 years now, but I am starting to wonder if its time to start thinking about the future and whether or not I (or any of us) should be preparing for a new set of skills in this volatile industry? Any thoughts or comments are welcome.
