In Ohio, we do not have estates by the entireties. However, what I find odd about the description is the POA used to transfer title to the attorney-in-fact. I'm not sure that it would be the same in Pennsylvania, but in Ohio, you can't do that. Such self-dealing is only permitted if the POA expressly grants that right; and, they rarely do.
