So did anyone else notice that Contemporary Realty's website doesn't appear to have the abstractors forum on it any more? Not that it did any good, at least for me. What a waste of time. The company and all who are affiliated with them should be ashamed. What is their staff thinking? How could you (they) even be willing to link their names to such a shoddy, dishonest, *#@% company. Wouldn't they think that they most likely will be the next in line for the company to %$#@ on them?

Anyway, we are filing suit against them for the measly $2400 they owe us. It doesn't sound like a lot, but to a small company that depends on a monthly income to pay their bills, it means quite a bit. Besides it is also the principal, if nothing else.

I hope Mr. Girardi has a real hard time sleeping and also it would be nice if his fancy airplane would get pushed off a cliff (with him in it preferably.)
