I have not been on here for awhile but today we also received a packet from Wayne. This is still the best place to go for information about various companies... so here I am.

First off... THANK YOU KEVIN for your post. I think your questions are valid and you are not a bully. I think you are a very passionate person who is not afraid to ask tough questions. There is nothing wrong with challenging people and asking them to account for their actions.

Ours is a small company and our only source of income. I empathize with Wayne trying to get his business going... we have all been in his shoes and know that it is tough. Wayne has sent us applications from a couple other companies but fortunately for us they never used us. I really am having a problem with him being blamed for what happened with those companies. My understanding from these posts is he was an employee. I have been an employee of two companies that went bankrupt and owed lots of people (including me) money. Was I as an employee responsible? Nope. Why is it different for Wayne?

Do I have an opinion here? Yep... I think that Net 30 is more than generous. If this was a new retail store their vendors would first require  COD until a credit history was established. Next they would probably be given Net 15 for 3-6 months. After that it would be Net 30 with a late fee after 45 days.

What are we going to do? We are going to trust Wayne (sort of) and fill out his packet. We will put a limit on the amount credit extended and charge a late fee after 45 days.

Good luck Wayne.
