They conduct online searches as much as possible anymore because we get their requests for certain documents and a plat map.   I know of NO company the just orders a deed and a plat, what kind of product is that, plus they don't pay!  Of all the companies I do work with, they are the hardest company to contact for know one ever answers the phone and when they do don't ask about payment because they will put on the ignorant hat and say "we don't control that in our office please call California", that is when the nightmare begins!
