This reply is accepted at it's face value- I agree- this process just might have exposed one of the many companies that rip us off, and there were a number of us that agreed to accept this company's attempt to re-organize after some bad managers cleaned them out- time will tell if we made a good move or not- I know they paid me a fair value for the cases I was holding from the old company- and have been up front with the details of payments- but if they defraud us once again, at least we won't be strung out for months and allowed us to accumulate thousands of dollars of outstanding bills as the old company managed to do to all of us.
If there is another company big enough to take over these commercial cell site cases, I wish they would- but I have worked with 2 so far and both worked exactly the same- and one was a big cell company with a walkie-talkie feature that burned me in the past- there just is no morality or honor  in big business anymore- everyone feels it is their right to screw over anyone smaller than they are- and as abstractors we are the little guys, even the big guys that do title insurance are in that group too- we hardly ever read about abstractors getting locked up for embezzling our own fees- seems like we could do better holding up the local parking garage anymore- more cash flow!!!
