  maybe I could of rephrased it a bit better, grammer is not my best asset and I wasn't really trying to make this an issue.  Don't get me wrong, Naltea can get a lot done, I just think more would join if we had more benefits.  Even small ones would help.  Everyone knows that discounts in E and O insurance and health care discounts are very time consuming endeavors and may not be possible at this time, but every benefit obtained would help those who really don't have time to hunt down even simple benefits. 
  Possibly the board could also post the board meeting minutes in the new Members Only section.  I just believe that Naltea needs to get out there and communicate more, like I said I was just as guilty of this when I was on the board.  20/20 hindsight.  No disrespect was intended.
  I just hope we can concentrate on the things listed to make our industry better.

  On a bright note, today I had a set down with a client who wanted me to lower our rates because their client was only closing 60% of their loans and I said no.  I also talked to other abstractors that they use and they told them "No" as well.  We stuck to our guns and we still got 4 more orders this afternoon.
