I believe that was the email stating the check would be sent to me that day (the 13th). The apology I am talking about is the fact that it wasnt sent until 6 days later and that I was specifically told it was sent on the 15th. I understand that sometimes invoice get lost, misplaced, etc. That is ok. It happens. What I have a problem with is someone telling me a date specific that a check was sent, only to find out that is not the case!
