Was wondering anyone have any dealings with this company?  I did a current owner search and returned it to them on August 31, 2006, then did bringdown and filed their paperwork on October 31, 2006.  Called them last week to ask where my payment was, now granted, they explained to me that because I was new, that my check would take 6 weeks to mail, well, As I calculate today, 6 weeks was the 12th of December, hum, still haven't received payment and the settlement was on October 31, 2006.  I spoke with a representative and he told me that my check would be in the mail last week, Okay, I know it is Christmas so I guess I should give it another couple of days.  Also did another current owner search back on November 7, 2006, haven't seen a penny from that search yet either.  I'm sure they will want me to do the bringdown and file their paperwork.   Anyone else have a dealing with these people?  Everything that I heard on here before has been good.
