try www.regionalhelpwanted.com.  They're relatively inexpensive, (less than $100 per region for a 30-day ad, if I remember correctly) and they allow unlimited words to describe the position you're looking to fill.

Not sure what part of VA you're in, but they have several regional sites in your neck of the woods, just go to their map of the US and click on your state.
