I second that emotion - except the renewing the subscription part as we've already done so, happily.  I've gotten several referrals from SOT, and I look on the forums as an excellent  way of keeping tabs on the heartbeat of the industry. I don't look on it as "paying ransom" at all - it's a simple and relatively inexpensive business investment which has paid off.  The customers we've gained because they found us on SOT have certainly generated more than enough income to justify the expense.  And I haven't found any other website that not only educates me but brings me business, and obviously is attracting additional new customers.  Thanks, Robert, you guys are doing a great job!
