How convenient... just have to love that.  I'm sorry... but if the employees are the same, the customers are the same, the abstractors are the same - then what is the difference between this "new entity" and the old one?  Oh yea... they aren't going to pay any of their prior obligations! 

Just remember this... if you do work for these kinds of "new entities" how long will it be before they run up another bill and "re-organize" to avoid paying you?  It truly is a sad, sad, fact - the abstractors just never learn.
