Might I suggest, then, that you set the record straight and enlighten us all by sharing your side of the story.

As I indicated in a prior post, your Accounts Payable Department sent us a check for your outstanding balance which brings your account up-to-date (thank you, by the way, for that), so "my dog ain't in this fight".  However, I think that my colleagues here on the forum are, at a minimum, entitled to an explanation as to why they have not been paid for services they have rendered on your behalf.

Open communication is often more productive than threats of litigation.
