I've always been reluctant to get involved with flipping. It seems to me, from my client base, that I would be competing for propeties with my own clients. I can see buying a long term investment property, but that kind of bothers me as I am already over exposed to real estate by doing title work. I'm a lot more comfortable with diversifing outside of the real estate world in other investments. I guess I'm kind of conservative in this way.
