By the way, Michael, did you get an email from Kori at Assured in KCMo?  She was in need of an abstractor in Wichita, and I gave her your email address.  This is a good title company to work with, they pay on time and are a nice bunch of people to work with.  I hope they did contact you, it sounded like they really needed someone.
