Loretta, give it up! Jim truly believes that he isn't doing anything wrong. He truly believes he is experiencing a "temporary" cash flow problem. He refuses to acknowledge that he has serious issues within his business plan. And as long as some "applaud" him for staying open and continuing to stiff abstractors, he has absolutely no reason to change his attitude. And we all know that today, tomorrow, next week and next month he will be able to find abstractors who will do his work, because God knows slow pay is better than no pay.
