Thanks for explaining George, our question is, how come so many unpaid bills, and so many companies going under?. 

We all know the answer..  But so many issues in this forum, in regards of non-paying companies, and you break down the fees, You show us that the money is there to pay the vendors, so what is going on?  ( Not against you George, just to the non-paying companies out there, you know who you are)
