Source of Title Forums: Re: RESPA question

In my opinion, this is a major problem with RESPA. They haven't really given any "hard and fast" rules, just "guidelines." It has left several interpretations. Here is a link to the Department of Housing and Urban Development's Policy Statement on Sham Controlled Business Arrangements.
