Clients will usually ask to re-check for any outstanding liens (mortgages or Deeds of Trust) not contact our ofice and state they are going to file a claim for damages they have incurred but don't give me the logistics.

I will NEVER do work for this client and I encourage others who do not want to fall victim to this snare to stay away from Examnet.

Even with E&O insurance it is almost not worth even conducting searches because we as abstractors do not know what our clients have planned with our products!

Discouraged!
