Thank you for your response in regards to our service and business partnership we have with you.  You are a great abstractor that we KNOW we can count on!  I guess I am at a loss of where Pat from Elite Research is coming from.  First, we did not send Elite much work and the work that we did send him was usually tardy in completion time. 

When we would call Elite, we did not have very much success reaching him or hearing back from him.  We would then make another attempt (in most cases, several attempts) and to no avail.  Some may call this annoying, etc, but we are trying to provide the best service possible to our clients in means of quality and efficiency. 

As far as accounting issues, DRI did in fact contact Elite by phone and gave several options, none of which were acceptable I am told.  Rather than be cooperative, he was argumentive with Lisa. 

Elite writing about us “sabotaging” our competitor is ridiculous.  We have too much respect and business ethic to do something so childish as this.  It is time for Elite to know what they are talking about before posting something so ridiculous as this.

We at DRI feel we are very loyal to our abstractor’s and they are to us in return.  We do all that we can to cater to their needs while being a great title company for our clients.  We have many, many abstractor’s who will go to bat for us any day.  It is out of sheer ignorance that Elite would write something such as this, and they will never have to worry about “not getting paid” again as we will not send them anymore work, rest assured.

To use a message board to spread this ignorance and lies seems to be very unprofessional as well as unethical to say the least.  It seems to me that this man has a different agenda than that of being a professional in his field of business.
