That is interesting but now I agree. It's actually common sense and I read your message wrong. I read up on a fantastic case involving the piercing of a corporate shield. After I read it, I googled the phrase. All work based on LLC's and read them all. I know of only one case (local) for the IRS pierced the shield in 1997. It's all about negligence created by the partners or corporate officers.
