I agree with you Robert. I'm glad that issue in not in my states. But it concerns me about the protection letter. A strong point could be title agents use witness closing agents where most do not carry insurance. We have a strict policy NOT to use anyone without insurance. But adding on yet another charge? I cry fowl and it's not right for consumers to endure more costs.
