even if they "read it later", that does not mean that they have any idea
of WHAT IT SAYS in legal terms.  So sad, if the people would just be
willing to sping for a few bucks for an expert like "Kevin" to tell them what
it says and to insure that it includes what they want it to say, ie:  servicing
will continue to be with the local lender's office.
