 Yes I know that title companies will probably pass on it. However it brings attention to the deadbeat companies. Most homeowners will call the lender or thier attorney (if they used one) questioning this. What will they be told.... This will bring attention to the deadbeats and might get them to pay up.
 Think about it...they send out the mortgage to be filed and a bringdown is done and a lien is turned up against the company...........
