Does anyone out there have the same problem I am having....Seems that when I take on a new client, I clearly mention that I charge for copies...they send me the work and I return it in a timely manner with a bill attached.  But when it comes time to pay, it seems the client only pays for the search and not the copies...when we bring it to their attention, they don't seem to know what happened and it takes forever to get paid for them, or they don't even bother...this is happening more and more and it is really frustrating...I have one in particular that owes me $4...do I go after a client for $4?  Over a course of a year that adds up....especially when you have more than one doing this...is this the trend now?
 
I'd love to hear from you on this and your solutions.
